Jerome Lee Swartz, Jr., 55, passed away at his home in Pulaski on Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021. Survivors include his father, Jerome, Sr.; his mother and stepfather, Joyce and Clifford, Sr.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Katrina and Arch, Tammy and Jim of Florida, DeAnna and Kevin, and Michele; brother and sister-in-law, Clifford, Jr., and Shelley; his son, Michael of Florida; daughters Jennifer and Madeline; grandchildren Darren and Jeremy; and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at 2 p.m. at the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. Officiating will be Pastor Michael Pierce of the Heritage Church.
