Janie Francis Coppage Harmon, 74, of Christiansburg, died Monday, March 12, 2018, at Centra Speciality Hospital, Lynchburg. She was born in Prince William County, VA on June 27, 1943 to the late Clifton and Viola Pearson Coppage. Also preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Junior Harmon and six siblings.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Viola Barkalow and Jim, Mary Jane Harmon; son, Clifton Harmon; grandchildren, Brittany Early, Anthony Early, Steven Moses, Holly Moses; great-grandchildren, Draco, Brandon, Dustin, Aalexi; sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise Beach and George, Margaret Couto and Henry, Thelmer Sullivan, Mildred Coppage; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy Coppage and Margaret.
Funeral services were conducted on March 15, 2018 in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eddie Roberts officiating. Interment followed in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will received friends Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
