Godsey, Troy Shane

Troy Shane Godsey, 51, of Pulaski, passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2018. Born on Dec. 3, 1966, he graduated from Peterstown High School and worked for Radford University as a locksmith. Troy was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers football games.

Survivors include his loving wife of three years, Megan Elizabeth Godsey; son, Aaron Shane Godsey; daughters and son-in-law, Mikayla Quesenberry (Travis), and Hannah Jones; his parents, Norman and Rebecca Godsey; special aunts, Linda Glickman and Helen Martin; special friend, Jim Mason; and many other relatives and friends.

The family recieved friends on Oct. 22, 2018 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services were held with Pastor Betsy King officiating. Interment followed in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA 23060.

The Godsey family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford, Virginia.
