The Fine Arts Center of the New River Valley is seeking two individuals to help support programming and administration.
The two part-time positions require different skill sets but will coordinate their efforts and work with the Board of Directors to continue to meet the center’s mission to support the arts and artists of the New River Valley.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors to plan and implement educational programs, gallery exhibits, performances, and connect with local artists whose work will be featured in our gift shop. This position is well suited to a person with connections to artists and artist groups in the New River Valley as well as experience working in a non-profit environment.
The Development Coordinator will work closely with the Board of Directors to manage operations of the center and to pursue funding for current programs and desired expansion of staffing, programs, and services. This position is well suited to a person with dynamic people skills and ties to business and industry partners in the region as well as experience working in a non-profit environment.
The Fine Arts Center is located in Pulaski’s Historic Downtown Commercial District and is celebrating its 46th year of operations this year as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It is a well-established community service organization that sponsors exhibits, concerts and other arts programs, and provides art education classes for people of all ages.
