The Christiansburg Aquatics Center hosted a multi-meet this past week for the Southwest Virginia Swim League with host-Christiansburg High School dominating the night.
Christiansburg took all six boys and girls team competitions.
Christiansburg downed Carroll County 58-38 in the boys’ division, 78-2 over Auburn, 59-39 over Radford, 78-4 over Pulaski, 70-12 over James River, and 78-0 over Giles.
The Auburn boys team picked up an 8-0 win over Giles while following 22-5 to James River and 18-8 to Pulaski.
The Radford boys’ team took five matches: 65-6 over Pulaski, 60-15 over James River, 53-36 over Carroll County and 71-0 over Giles.
On the girls’ side of the pool, Christiansburg claimed wins 71-8 over Carroll County, 67-17 over Auburn, 66-14 over James River, 69-1 over Pulaski, and 49-48 over Radford.
The Auburn girls’ group picked up a 33-34 win over James River, 41-16 over Carroll County, and 30-27 over Pulaski. Auburn took a loss to Giles 35-27,
The Radford girls rolled to wins 80-12 over Carroll County, 76-21 over Auburn, 76-20 over Giles, 79-13 over Pulaski and 83-13 over James River.
