Arlene Marie Caldwell, 74, of Blacksburg, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024. She was born Feb. 27, 1950, to the late James and Elsie Cain Cook.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Sandra) Caldwell, Ronnie (Stephanie) Bailey and William Bailey; grandchildren, Travis Carter, Brittany (Tyler) Sarver, Emory Caldwell, Logan Bailey, Lakyn Bailey, and Bruce Jarels; great-grandchildren, Stella Sarver and Baby Sarver, and many other family and friends.
Arlene wanted to be remembered for her loving and caring ways but also her stubbornness. She was loved and adored by her family and friends.
A memorial service was held Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The family received friends before the service.
