Richard George Brumfield, 70, of Christiansburg, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024 at the New River Valley Medical Center. He was born in Montgomery County July 25, 1953 to the late Perry George and Nina Carter Brumfield. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra J. Brumfield.
He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Brumfield; stepdaughter, Donetta Sifford and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, Jan. 15, 2024 in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Keith Graves officiating. The family will received friends prior to the service.
