BLACKSBURG – A Blacksburg man has been given a short jail sentence after threatening to blow up the Blacksburg Police Department.
The investigation showed that Jaden Eubanks made the threat on Oct. 14. This past week, charges for threatening to bomb or damage a building were amended to trespassing.
A Montgomery County judge found him guilty and initially gave him 60 days in jail with all but 10 days being suspended. He will also be on probation for one year.
