The Radford Bobcats faced the Eastern Montgomery Mustangs Friday, Mar. 22 at East Mont with the final score Radford 11, East Mont 6.
Three homeruns powered Radford’s win over East Mont with (left to right) Quinn Burton, Kathryn Price and Addie Saunders all homering in the win, driving in seven of the 11 runs. Price drove in four runs to include a three-run homer in the fourth to lead the Bobcats to the victory. Kaydence Rollins, Ella Cox and Ariel Sutphin all had multiple hits in the win. Quinn Burton was the winning pitcher going four innings with five strikeouts, with Kathryn Price picking up the save. For East Mont, Alexis Artip went two for three with two RBI to lead the Mustangs.
