The aurora borealis, or Northen Lights, were visible through the use of long exposure photography Thursday night, Oct. 10, in Radford. The phenomenon could be slightly seen with the naked eye, but the long exposure of a night setting on a camera or phone camera allowed the aurora borealis to be seen in all its glory.
