Davis, CE/LS, referred to as “Plat prepared for Bobby Wayne Southern, et al”.

Less and Except all that certain lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon lying and being in the Prices Fork Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, and being all of Lot Two (2) containing 1.03 acres, conveyed to Allan K.
