CONSOLIDATE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) PROGRAM YEAR 2023

The City of Radford is preparing its Consolidate Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period of July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024 (PY 23). The report outlines the performance of the city on the administration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded activities for the PY23/FY24.  The final report must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) within 90 days following the end of the program year, on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024.

A citizen comment period will run from September 4, 2024 through September 25, 2024.  At 7:00pm on Monday, September 23, 2024, City Council will hold a public meeting to obtain comments and answer questions regarding the CAPER.

A copy of the CAPER may be found on the City’s website or in the City Manager’s office.  Questions or comments should be directed to Melissa Skelton, Dir.
