The object of this suit is to: approve a Foster Care Service Plan submitted by the Radford City Department of Social Services regarding the child, Lawson George Dennis. And it appearing that diligence has been used to attempt to locate the putative father of the child, Austin Blake Hixon, but despite that diligence, Austin Blakes Hixon’s whereabouts remain unknown to the Department; and it also appearing that the whereabouts and identity if any alternative birth father are otherwise unknown, It is ORDERED that the defendant AUSTIN BLAKE HIXON and/or the UNKNOWN FATHER of LAWSON GEORGE DENNIS, a child whose birth mother is Ashley Dennis, appear at the above-named court and protect his interests on or before Sept. 3, 2024 at

9:00 am.
