An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Respondent Michael Robbins cannot be found and that due diligence has been used without effect to ascertain his location and last known mailing address is unknown.  Upon consideration, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that the above-named Respondent shall appear in the Circuit Court of Radford City on or before 31st day of July, 2023, after proper publication of this Order, to protect his interest in this cause.
