Roger Dale Linkous, 74, of Blacksburg, went to be with the Lord on Friday Jan. 6, 2023.
Roger was born Nov. 12, 1948, to the late Paul and Mildred Linkous. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Linkous, daughters Jennifer Linkous and Debbie Snell and a brother, Woody Linkous.
Roger is survived by daughters Teresa (Ron)Kenyon, of Blacksburg, and Stephanie (Raymond) Bishop, of Christiansburg; brothers Allen Linkous, of Blacksburg, Lonzie (Wilda) Linkous, of Dublin, and Bernard (Ellen) Linkous, of Blacksburg; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and special friend Debbie Main.
Funeral services will be conducted today, Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m., before the service.
