Carolyn Lanier Moore, 91, of Blacksburg, died Monday, May 23, 2022, at her home.
She was born in Iredell County, N.C., on Nov. 8, 1930, to the late Samuel McKee and Martha Carter Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Moore.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Rhonda Brewer and Candace and Mark White; a son, Brent Lanier; grandchildren Joshua, Chris, Ned, Allison, Brittany, Bailey, and Sam McKee; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Wood Campbell.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 11 a.m. in the Blacksburg Church of Christ. Graveside followed at 4 p.m. in the Abilene Church of Christ Cemetery, Statesville, N.C. The family received friends prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
