Radford University and Radford University Carilion will hold a series of commencement ceremonies for 2020 and Spring 2021 from Thursday, April 29, through Sunday, May 2, 2021.
The university announced the plans on its website.
“Radford University looks forward to celebrating the accomplishments of the Class of 2020 and the Class of 2021,” the announcement reads. “Health and safety are of the greatest concern and in order to have a successful in-person experience, several Commonwealth of Virginia mandates and Radford University protocols must be followed.”

REGISTRATION
Graduates are required to confirm attendance by using the Commencement RSVP Form. This form is available by searching for “Commencement” on OneCampus.
Registration for graduates and their guests is required no later than April 16, 2021.
GUESTS
Due to gathering restrictions, graduates are limited to four guests, which includes individuals of all ages. Guest names must be included as part of the RSVP process.
Face masks and physical distancing will be mandatory and enforced for all attendees. All ceremonies will have a designated point of entry and exit. Guests will check in before entering the ceremony.
ENTRANCE
Ceremony sites will open one hour prior to the start time. There will be no entry prior to that time. All details related to the ceremonies are subject to change based on Commonwealth of Virginia directives and RSVPs from graduates. Links to live streams for the ceremonies will be available from www.radford.edu.

Friday, April 30, 10 a.m.: the College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences (#1) at Cupp Stadium. This includes graduates in criminal justice, English, foreign languages and literature, history and social science, interdisciplinary studies, philosophy and religious studies, political science, and sociology.
Friday, April 30, 10 a.m.: the Davis College of Business and Economics at Moffett Lawn.
Friday, April 30, 10 a.m.: the Artis College of Science and Technology and the Waldron College of Health and Human Services, at McConnell Lawn. This includes graduates in communication sciences and disorders, and social work.
Friday, April 30, 3 p.m.: the College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences (#2), Cupp Stadium. This includes graduates in communication and psychology.
Friday, April 30, 3 p.m., the College of Education and Human Development atMoffett Lawn.
Friday, April 30, 3 p.m., the College of Visual and Performing Arts and School of Nursing at McConnell Lawn.
