Scarrette’s Plaza Cinema and Scarrette’s Radford Theatre opened Friday

RADFORD – Radford’s movie theaters have been shut down for months due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but that changed on Friday, July 10.
Scarrette’s Radford Theatre, located on East Main Street in downtown Radford, and Scarrette’s Plaza Cinema,located in the Kroger shopping plaza in Fairlawn, have both re-opened to the public and are showing a total of six movies this weekend between the two theaters.
“We have are movies ready to roll,” reads an announcement from the theaters.
Playing at Scarrette’s Radford Theatre Downtown are the following movies:
Empire Strikes Back: Friday, July 10 at 7 p.m.; Saturday July 11 at 7 p.m.; Sunday, July 12 at 3:30 p.m. and Tuesday, July 13 at 7 p.m.
Inside Out: Saturday, July 11 at 3:30 p.m.; Sunday, July 12 at 7 p.m.; and Monday-Thursday at 3:30 p.m. and Black Panther: Monday, July 13 at 7 p.m. and Wednesday-Thursday at 7 p.m.
Playing at Scarrette’s Plaza Cinema are the following movies:
Trolls World Tour: Friday, July 10 – Thursday, July 16 at 2 and 5 p.m.
I Still Believe: Friday, July 10 – Thursday, July 16 at 8 p.m.
Bloodshot: Friday, July 10 – Thursday, July 16 at 2, 5 and 8 p.m.
