Sparky’s Run, the City of Radford’s dog park, has been winterized and the water will be shut off until Spring to prevent the water lines from freezing and bursting when the temperature starts to drop. The park will remain open during this time and dogs like this 18-month-old Black Labrador named Vanta can still continue having a ball at the park during the cold months.
