Oasis Church saves Halloween for Radford children Thursday, moving their Harvest Fest inside when a deluge of rain hit the area and dampened trick-or-treating plans. Oasis has sponsored the Harvest Fest on Halloween for years and usually holds it in downtown Radford during the Trick-or-Treat Trail. The church had several scenes from books and movies set up around the room at which children trick-or-treated,as well as carnival-style games, popcorn and more. Children also got to take home a pumpkin and a free DVD.
