Nancy T. Miles, 77, of Christiansburg passed away peacefully, Thursday, April 25, 2019.
She born June 21, 1941 to the late Charlie and Thula Thompson. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert “Bob” Miles; sons-in-law, James Graves and Jeff Linkous. Mom worked at Va Tech for many years and left to become a home maker.
One of her most proud accomplishment beside her family was being the co founder of the Christiansburg Wrestling Club. She loved her family and was a great mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory is sons, Henry (Doris) Miles, Charles (Robin) Miles, and Johnnie Crouser; daughters, Barbara Miles, Lois (Ricky) Thomas, Penny Linkous (Dean Sutphin); 18 grandchildren ; 25 great grandchildren; sister Maxine Duncan; many nieces and nephews. Memorial services were conducted Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 2 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lee Sarver officiating. the family will received friends Tuesday prior to the service at McCoy Funeral, 150 Country Club Drive SW, Blacksburg, Va.
