The Pulaski Yankees today released their 2019 schedule, which will begin on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 against the Johnson City Cardinals at TVA Credit Union Ballpark in Tennessee. The Yankees will host their home opener at Motor Mile Field at Calfee Park Friday, June 21 with a 7 p.m. matchup against the Bluefield Blue Jays on Opening Night presented by the Travis Team.
The 2019 campaign again features 34 home and 34 road contests, with seven games at Calfee Park in June, 15 in July, and 12 in August. The Yankees regular-season home schedule will conclude on August 27 against the Rays before the team travels to Princeton for the regular-season finale on August 28. The 2019 Appalachian League Playoffs are scheduled to begin on August 30.
The 2019 season will mark Pulaski’s fifth as a New York Yankees affiliate and the 54th season for Pulaski baseball in the Appalachian League. The Pulaski Yankees hold an all-time record of 150-127 (147-122 regular season) and have reached the Appalachian League playoffs twice (2015, 2017). In 2018, the Yankees finished fourth in the Appalachian League East with a 32-36 record.

The Pulaski Yankees are the Advanced Rookie level affiliate of the New York Yankees playing in the Appalachian League. Pulaski is celebrating its 54th season in the Appalachian League in 2019. Calfee Park has won league championships in 1948, 1969, 1986, 1991 and 2013. Motor Mile Field at Calfee Park opened in 1935 and was renovated for the team’s first season as a Yankees affiliate in 2015.
