Each Saturday the paper features a dog and a cat from the Montgomery County Animal Care and Adoption Center (480 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg).
If you’re looking for a quiet, outgoing, and gentle pup, Desi could be a good fit for you. She loves to snuggle, and she couldn’t be any happier than when she’s with the people she loves. Desi tends to be particular with other dogs. If you have a potential buddy for her, be sure to bring the dog with you on a visit to the Animal Care and Adoption Center to ensure they play nice.
Want to take a cat on a walk? Whisper is your girl! She loves going for walks wearing her harness and leash. On top of being adventurous, she’s super friendly, gentle, and loves people — she’s even good with kids, so she’d be a great family cat. She truly is a special kitty.
