More than 100 kids participated in last week’s Izaak Walton League of America Christiansburg/Montgomery Chapter annual fishing rodeo.Kendyl Monday (right) reeled in a scale-tipping trout during the activities with a little help from her dad, Mike Monday.Mickey Cromer and his daughter, Hadley, made a day of it despite the rainy weather. The event is an annual fishing rodeo held at the Izaak Walton League’s ponds off Denhill Road.Everyone enjoyed the day including: (from left) Madison Redd, Jordan Haslip and Pete Haslip.
