A 19-year-old man was taken into police custody on two counts of Rape (felony) and two counts of object sexual penetration (felony).
Yeabsira Lemma, 19, of Blacksburg was arrested without incident on Sunday. He is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Jail.
The charges are the result of on-going investigations conducted by the Blacksburg Police Department.
The investigations were initiated after allegations were made concerning incidents that occurred in the Town of Blacksburg on Nov. 4, according to court records.
He has been appointed an attorney and is slated to appear at the Montgomery County General District Court on March 15 for a preliminary hearing.
