Mr. and Mrs. Ernest “Randall” Price of Blacksburg proudly announce the engagement of their daughter Kayla Danielle Price to Peter Edward Flaherty, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Flaherty of Woodbridge. A spring wedding in 2018 is planned
Ms. Price is a graduate of Radford and Gallaudet University. She is an itinerate teacher for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in Fairfax County public schools.
Mr. Flaherty is also a graduate from Radford and George Washington University and he is currently a detective at George Washington University.
