Loxi Lynn Snell Ryckman, 78, of Christiansburg, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026.
Born Aug. 10, 1948, she was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Ralph Snell, and Charles LaPland and Dorella Mae Cool Snell LaPland; her beloved husband, Albert John Ryckman; sons-in-law, James Downes IV and Jack Faulk; brother, Michael Snell; daughter-in-law, Debra Solow; and sisters, Jacquelyn Hanthorn, April Scott, Lurene Ryckman and Bonita Ryckman.
Survivors include her daughters, Tina (Mark), Roxanna Faulk and Sabrina Downes (Jeffrey Proffitt); sons, James Ryckman, Kenneth (Cassie) Ryckman and Larry Solow; 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Swayze, Gloria Ryckman and Penny Jo Decker; and many other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, at the funeral home. Interment will follow next to her husband in Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
