A Radford grand jury has indicted a 22-year-old on multiple charges involving sexual assault of a minor and providing marijuana to that individual.
Xavier I. Cobbs was arrested this past week.
He is charged with sodomy of a helpless person by force and sexual penetration by force.
Cobbs faces 14 total charges, including five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, five counts of distributing marijuana to the juvenile, two counts of brandishing a firearm during the crime and one count of violating a protective order.
The incident took place in July of this year.
He is currently being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail under no bond.
