Madeline “Maggie” Carol Frazier, 86, of Blacksburg, died Thursday, April 23, 2026. She was born in Montgomery County on April 3, 1940, to the late Nevel Preston and Gladys Nunn Howery. She was also preceded in death by a son, Raymond Frazier; two brothers, Winston Howery and Alfred Howery; and a sister, Loretta Boyle.

She was a member of the Community Christian Church in McCoy and she belonged to the Red Hat Club.

She is survived by her husband, Robert “Jake” Frazier; son, Rodney Frazier; sisters, Patsy Duncan and Janet Dowdy; grandchildren, Samantha Frazier and Jacob Frazier; and great-grandchildren, Christina Cole and Colten Frazier.

Funeral services will be conducted, Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 1 p.m. in the Community Christian Church with the Pastors Chris Brandow and Chris Keene officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 12– 1 p.m. at Community Christian Church prior to the service.
