Rebecca Harris of Radford captured July 4th fireworks at the historic Glencoe Museum to win The Radford Photo Club’s “night photography with light” March challenge.
Tracy Burlingame’s New York City trip and Joyce Sims backyard photo tied for first in the open category. Burlingame, who is from Riner, photographed the construction façade of the Louis Vuitton building, designed to look like a stack of luggage. Sims captured a photo of a male cardinal in her front yard in Radford.
Railroad historian Ken Miller of Salem shared a special presentation of his photos at the club’s March meeting.
Trains is the challenge for the April 23 meeting, at 6 p.m. at the Radford Public Library. The club will have a show at the Fine Arts Center for the New River Valley in downtown Pulaski in April and May.
