James Thomas Cromer, Jr. passed into the arms of our Lord and Savior Jan. 29, 2026 after a courageous and prolonged battle with cancer at his Floyd County home. Born Jan. 13, 1963, James was an avid woodsman, forager and CB/radio enthusiast.
He was preceded in passing by his only son, Jeremy Thomas Cromer, and mother Reba Ann ‘Collins’ Cromer. He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca Lynn Cromer Bessell and Megan Ann Cromer, plus many grandchildren, his father James Thomas Cromer, Sr., and brother Joseph Eugene Cromer. While there will be no service, we ask you to lift him and his family up in your prayers as a celebration of the life lived.
