Jean Brewer Cook, 93, of Radford, passed away Friday, Nov. 7, 2025. Born Sept. 29, 1932, she was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church and retired from the Radford Army Ammunitions Plant. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan Brewer and Edna Clark; husband, Jerry L. Cook; brother, Charles Brewer; and sister-in-law, Rosie Brewer.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Doug Hardymon (Nancy) and Ron Hardymon (Sandra); grandsons, Charles Hardymon and Jason Hardymon; granddaughters, Melody Adkins and Frances Davis; great grandchildren, Jackson Miller, Cole and Beau Hardymon, Emily and Natalie Hardymon, Nicole Dobbins, Ryan Wetzel, Savanna Manning, Laural Duncan and Olivia Davis; great great grandchildren, Kenzlee and Kaydence Milam and Reece Manning; and many other relatives and friends.

The family received friends Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, at Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services followed with Pastor Dave Adkins officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin with Pastor Jerry King officiating.

The Cook/Hardymon family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
