Wilma Louise Hamblin Roseberry Duncan, 79, of Radford, passed away Nov. 5, 2025, in Greer, South Carolina, where she lived since 2015. Wilma was born on May 4,1946 in Radford to Roy C. and Ocie Hamblin. She graduated from Radford High School in 1964 and was employed at Radford College for several years.

Wilma enjoyed the simple things in life and lived each day to the fullest. She learned to garden, ride horseback, and care for many animals while residing on her farm in Christiansburg. Later, she embraced walking Beans the family dog, gardening, and relaxing by her pool in South Carolina.

Wilma touched the lives of many family members and friends with her “Hands of Love.” Her beautiful gifts were each unique and handmade. Above all, Wilma cherished time spent with family, especially her grandchildren, Megan and Ryan. She loved scrapbooking their journeys and achievements throughout school and extracurricular activities, especially soccer, track, and lacrosse.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Michelle Roseberry Doherty; son-in-law, Robert Doherty; grandchildren, Megan and Ryan; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Paul Wilson; nephews, Adrian and Griag; her aunt Lucille; and cousin, Cathy Banks. Wilma was preceded in death by her husband Robert Carlton “Corky” Duncan; first husband, Freddie Roseberry; and parents, Roy C. and Ocie Hamblin.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family of Wilma Duncan is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
