Radford High School science teacher Jeff Brown is congratulated by Governor Glenn Youngkin, State Superintendent of Instruction Emily Anne Gullickson and Chair of the Virginia Board of Education Grace Turner Creasy at the Teacher of the Year ceremony in Richmond recently. Brown was named the Teacher of the Year for Region 7.
